Full Steam Ahead!
Written by Johnny Hickey
Most of our programs have started by this point. Our faith studies are on their second week, we've had 3 cornerstones, and the Discover Jesus retreats begin this Saturday. The students have been really enjoying their parishes that they've been assigned. Many of them have been taken out for lunch with various parishioners. Life on Res has been crazy fun! A big thank you to all who have been donating food and baking for the missionaries. God has been proving His love and providence for us time and time again.  Please check out the other links to see our upcoming events. We'd love to see you there!   Peace,  Johnny
Day 6 already?!!?
Written by Eric Chow
I can't believe that it is already day 6. It still feels like day 1! Last night the IMPACT teams were revealed and we all had to prepare a "creative" way of introducing our team. They were both thoughtful and hilarious! (especially the chili one) Everyone here is so in love with The Lord, and has so much to offer Vancouver! What great potential! A highlight for me has been the small group that I had over the retreat. We got to share about ourselves, but also about our response to being apostles and our role in the "larger story". I am pumped for the rest of the orientation, and I can't wait for the commissioning and adoration this weekend!
The Beginning
Written by Amber Sutherland
Wow! What an awesome two days! Yesterday we arrived, got settled in and explored Vancouver. I was just blown away by people's openness to each other and willingness to do whatever the CCO staff threw at us for activities. Such activities so far have included a scavenger hunt to find CCO staff members and a photo scavenger hunt. The latter of which MY group won!!! All in all things have been going really well. Keep checking for posts. I hope to post frequently but I think things will be getting really busy really soon. Thanks again to all my supporters !
