Impact! Vancouver is a 4 month summer mission for young adults and university students, led by Catholic Christian Outreach.

Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) is a university student movement dedicated to evangelization. We challenge students to live in the fullness of the Catholic faith, with a strong emphasis on becoming leaders in the renewal of the world. 

60 Young adults and university students will be coming to Vancouver to participate in this mission project. During the day, from Monday to Friday, they will be working in part-time or full-time jobs.

On the evenings and weekends they will lead and participate in formation and training, weekly faith studies, retreats, and outreach events.  They will be in parishes throughout the archdiocese, assisting the community with the work of evangelization.

Purpose

The Purpose for this mission would be to:

• Allow students to grow in their Catholic faith and in their relationship with God, and to help discern their call to ministry and vocation.
• Train students on mission in the areas of evangelization and leadership, and give them the opportunity to share the Gospel and implement what they have learned.
• To be at the service of the Vancouver Archdiocese in the areas of evangelization and outreach, particularly to the youth.
